✓ Our warranty guarantees that all items will be free from material and engineering defects and work as advertised.
✓ A defect is defined as an imperfection or flaw produced during manufacturing, including surface defects and wireless charging functionality.

Exclusions

✖︎ The warranty does not extend to damage from abuse or on purpose, normal wear and tear, alterations, or misuse, cosmetic damage that does not affect functionality (such as scratches or fading logos).
✖︎ The warranty is non-transferable and only covers the original end-user purchaser. 

How to Claim

➤ Customers must provide a valid order number and matching email address to make a claim.
➤ Customers will be required to send video evidence of the defect in order to make a claim.
➤ A replacement product or a similar product (if the previous version has been discontinued) will be sent once the warranty claim has been accepted.

Return policy

Order cancellation

All orders can be cancelled until they are shipped. If your order has been paid and you need to change or cancel it, you must contact us within 24 hours. Once the packaging and shipping process has started, it can no longer be cancelled.

Refunds

We offer a 100% money back guarantee on all products that are defective or damaged during shipping. Just let us know and we will provide you a refund.

If you are not satisfied with your order – please contact our support and we will do our best to help you out!

In case of the following, you can expect a full refund from us:

1. Customer received a damaged or incorrect product: In the case that a customer reports a damaged or incorrect product, the customer will be required to submit photo evidence for review. If the claim is approved, We will initiate full refund.
2. Late order: In the case that the product has not been processed or shipped within the time frame shown, you can cancel the order and refund will be initiated.

We do not issue the refund if:

  • your order does not arrive due to factors within your control (e.g. providing the wrong shipping address)
  • Missing order: In the case that a package is delivered (based on tracking number update) but the recipient claims that they did not receive the item, the recipient must submit a claim to the shipping carrier directly. You can contact us in case the tracking number is wrong as per shipping carrier. We will provide you updated info on that.

*We have a 30-day refund policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a refund. You can do it by sending a message on Contact Us page.
