Refund And Cancellation Policy
All orders can be cancelled until they are shipped. If your order has been paid and you need to change or cancel it, you must contact us within 24 hours. Once the packaging and shipping process has started, it can no longer be cancelled.
We offer a 100% money back guarantee on all products that are defective or damaged during shipping. Just let us know and we will provide you a refund. You need to provide aa detailed video or pictures as evidence for investigation and improvement purposes before we can initiate a refund/replacement request.

In case of the following, you can expect a full refund from us:
1. Customer received a damaged or incorrect product: In the case that a customer reports a damaged or incorrect product, the customer will be required to submit photo evidence for review. If the claim is approved, We will initiate full refund.
2. Late order: In the case that the product has not been processed or shipped within the time frame shown, you can cancel the order and refund will be initiated.
We do not issue the refund if:
- your order does not arrive due to factors within your control (e.g. providing the wrong shipping address)
- Missing order: In the case that a package is delivered (based on tracking number update) but the recipient claims that they did not receive the item, the recipient must submit a claim to the shipping carrier directly. You can contact us in case the tracking number is wrong as per shipping carrier. We will provide you updated info on that.
*We have a 30-day refund policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a refund. You can do it by sending a message on Contact Us page.
